Mixing It Up

Tonight, Chris brought home a new commercial blender. Since we use it everyday for protein shakes, he opted for the heavy-duty version. He tells me I can blend anything - including my brilliant idea to pureƩ broccoli to ensure I eat my vegetables. And because of my weight gain diet, I may even blend together a complete meal of chicken, peas and a baked potato.

I didn't say it would be tasty. But at this point, it's not about enjoying the food. It's more about ensuring I eat enough protein. And with 350 grams of protein recommended daily, how else will I get the nutrition besides drinking it?
