Remembering Dallas

GMTV, the UK's version of Good Morning America, just ran a piece on the 30th anniversary of Dallas. And to discuss the milestone event in television, Charlene Tilton was live from L.A. She didn't add much value to the conversation. Besides that, the hosts of GMTV kept referring to other castmates. Charlene did, however, get a chance to mention her meeting with her agent yesterday to discuss upcoming opportunities (that's the thing about L.A., you're always trying to justify your popularity).

Dallas does hold fond memories for me as it was a time when my family would gather around the TV on a Friday night, watch Dukes of Hazzard, then Dallas, and order two Godfather's Supreme pizzas. I'm not sure where the time goes, but I can only imagine where I'll be in 30 years from today - reminiscing about writing this blog entry and how I used to have a firm chest vs. one that sags to my knees.
