Don't U Hate It When...

...you pull a hamstring at the gym - even after warming up and performing squats and calf presses? I was doing dead lifts with dumbells when my left hamstring snapped. Now I have a slight limp. I'm hoping that since I stretched the muscle, and did cardio to keep it lose, I won't be crippled for long. Mykonos is less than four months away!
