Kansas Beef in the UK

Chris visited Maze Grill in London last night for dinner. What was one of the beef specials? An 8 oz. steak from Kansas for just $85. The server asked Chris, "Do you know where Kansas is?" Chuckling, Chris replied, "Um, duh!" Not really, but he did smile a bit.
