Feeling Guilty

Why did I feel guilty buying Whole Wheat Kraft Macaroni & Cheese, Peas and Tuna when the gym dude next to me, with his big arms, was purchasing chicken breasts and eggs? I mean, if he lived in Europe where they don't have the pasta dinner in the blue box, and he was visiting Chicago, he'd probably be buying it too.
