Angry German Man Reappears

We're not sure if he's angry when he's sober or drunk. But, you'll randomly spot Angry German Man around town, sitting on a corner, walking down the street, yelling nasty words in German. Just now, I found him begging for money in the grocery store. He wasn't angry (as that wouldn't net him much money would it?) He did collect enough to buy him something he really needed apparently: cigarettes. One very good reason why you shouldn't give money to Angry German Man. One day I'll be lucky enough to have my camera with me to capture him digitally - especially when he's angry.
