Speeding Thru Munich

I noted a few weeks back that while driving the car to buy Maddie's joint medication, I was sure I received a speeding ticket. Sure nuff', today I received the violation in the mail - but not for the incident I expected. The city of Munich has me speeding 9 kph over the speed limit. That's barely 5 mph! I could sneeze and touch the gas pedal and there's the difference. So, now I'm expecting to receive another in a few short days for my 10 kph speeding in a work zone. At least the fine is only 15€.
