Selling the Flat

Now that we're moving in December, our flat is open to rent. As such, I've shown the space to a leasing agent and his two clients today - my second group currently walking around. I'm focusing my efforts on trying to rent the flat before we leave so we can hopefully sell the kitchen to the next tenants. Do I mind the interruptions? Not at all. I actually love showing the flat, discussing the area, and helping someone to find a new home. Which makes me think about real estate once we return to Chicago. Sure, now is not the time to sell homes, but it will gain speed again. Makes me wonder...
