Housing Report: Nov. 16th

We're nearing the end of permit drawings with hopes to have them released next week to contractors (with bids expected to come back in three to four weeks with construction starting two or three weeks later). So, in the meantime, our architect and designer pulled together the color palette for the exterior. Based on our input for a more natural approach, with subtle tones of tan, green and maroon, the suggested finishes are exactly what we hoped to see.
