Where Does it Stop?

It seems as though the US government feels the need to bail out everybody. Where does their assistance stop? And if I'm a small business owner in Chicago who can't pay my bills, does that mean I can turn to the government for a bail out also? Again, I say go hunt down all those big bonuses that were handed out over the years to the CEOs and upper managers of these flailing organizations.
