Emmys Weird Cell Phone

Throughout tonight's Emmys telecast, there was a strange cell phone like sound underneath the program's sound track. I heard it. Nobody else could - my friend Valerie and Chris just to name a few. So when I looked to Twitter to see if anybody else had heard the noise, I found out I wasn't crazy. See the link below that confirms my bionic hearing was right.
