Disagreeing on Suburgatory

Chris and I tried watching ABC's new comedy Suburgatory on after The Middle. It was painful. We lasted only about 10 minutes. But apparently, others disagree as the show grew 37 percent from failed year-ago occupant Better With You, and increased five percent from above-average lead-in The Middle. Combine that with a loss of only nine percent from last Wednesday’s well sampled debut, and you have what ABC would call "reason for full season pick-up."

Maybe the gays propped up last night's show as they swarmed to check out Parker Young and his character Ryan's "gun show." Sure he's cute, but no reason to clog your DVR with mindless drivel.
