Pink Trash Travels



I'm a big fan of low fat Greek yogurt. It's thicker, packed with more protein and doesn't have as much lactose and sugar as the traditional varities. Drizzle some organic Agave on top, sprinkle with a bit of granola, and you have yourself a delightful breakfast snack - or anytime snack really. Just another helpful hint for those of you who hoping to slim down, or pack on some quality muscle. Just because it's fall doesn't mean fitness shouldn't be a priority! I'm just sayin'.
