Random Thought #1:  I love it when I don't have to cook.  Chris made turkey and pea pod stir fry last night with brown rice.  We ate while watching the last episode of Dirty Sexy Money (sad it's over - but glad it's coming back in the fall).  And since he made enough for four, tonight we have leftovers!  Though, we'll both be hungry about an hour after we eat.  He makes it extra healthy so there's not much to keep you full.  No matter.  I don't have to cook!

Random Thought #2:  It seems as though I've bought the wrong petunias this year.  I had hoped by now my purple flowers would be cascading down the side of the wall on our first floor terrace.  Sadly, instead, they're barely standing.  And with all the rain we've had over the past week, the petunias are just plain soggy - losing their luster.  I don't think I've selected the right flowers for our balcony boxes since we moved to Paris.  I'm sure it has nothing to do with the fact that I couldn't read French upon our arrival to France and I'll never get German.  And I can fortunately say, "There won't be a next year."  

Random Thought #3:  Apparently I've missed a whole season of King of Queens.  For my 5:00 p.m. sandwich snack TV time, there have been new episodes on Paramount Comedy.  It's the little things.
