Airborne Settles Lawsuit

According to reports today, the makers of Airborne have agreed to pay over $23M in a class action lawsuit. So, if you can prove you've bought Airborne over the past 10 years, apparently you can get your money back. Now, where are those receipts?

I'm not sure if I agree with the result. There are other remedies and work-out supplements that note there aren't any substantiation documents to support - yet we buy them anyway in hopes that they do and to give us peace of mind.

My question is this: If Airborne has to pay, does the same ruling apply to Walgreens and their knock-off brand Wal-borne?
