The Housing Report

I suppose there's some wishful thinking on our part that, because the US housing market is still crumbling, and that the US economy is on the verge of a breakdown, we'll get more competitive bids from our contractors. I can only assume that fewer people will be moving forward with construction work - and in the winter. So here's to hoping that when our architect sends out the schematics over the next few weeks, we'll get bids back that make us smile vs. cringe.
