Speaking of Music

It's great to hear American Radio finally loosening its grip on hip hop and returning pop. With the Pussycat Dolls I Hate This Part (one of my faves), Katy Perry's Hot & Cold, Lady Gaga's Just Dance, Leona Lewis' Better in Time, and of course Britney, it seems as though pop's scheduled seven to eight year return cycle is about to unfold. And interestingly enough, the hitmakers behind the last wave in the late 90s, early 00s, once again have their stamp on the escalation of catchy tunes. Fortunately for us, Max Martin and Dr. Luke know how to roll with the times.
