Still Hungry
It's 10:50 and I just ate a natural peanut butter, whole wheat sandwich. I washed it down with a glass of 1% milk. Is it wrong that I'm still hungry? It might have something to do with the fact that all I've eaten today (after a two hour workout) is three protein shakes, some cashews, a half turkey sandwich, a salad and chicken sausage hot dog, and my late night snack.
