We first spotted the CVS commercial below on Dancing with the Stars on ABC. Chris and I both thought it was a joke at first. We then realized the spot wasn't meant to make you chuckle - instead created to push coupons. But we couldn't help but shake our heads at Super Saver Lillian - her Carol Channing impersonation and all. Check it out below.
