Whinnie's One Year Anniversary

One year ago today, Chris drove to the West Suburban Humane Society in Downer's Grove, IL to pick up our Leonberger mix puppy. And it was one year ago today that Whinnie (formerly known as Shanti) dropped a bomb in the car (fortunately lined with plastic) on the way home - pawing Chris with her poopy paws. It would be a rough four weeks as Whinnie was fighting kennel cough, in addition to numerous other parasites, but she eventually came through with flying colors. And today, we couldn't ask for her to be any more sweet, kind and obedient.
