Upgraded!

I'm currently working on a project for Best Buy. While conducting qualitative research, we found a big frustration among consumers - that electronics die too early. So it's funny that today, my iPhone stopped working after just two years. And according to technical support, that's just about right because of normal wear and tear. All of which means I've now been upgraded to the iPhone 4. I'm excited, but I wasn't looking to spend an additional $200 this holiday season on myself (well, on a phone at least).
