PTT Makes Hungarian Beef Goulash

A recipe on Yahoo! today made me want to experiment with cooking. Perhaps the November cold and wet weather also had some influence. In any case, Hungarian Beef Goulash is bubbling in the crock pot. So after our closing on our refi tonight (thanks to Doug Smith and his team at Guaranteed Rate), we'll be enjoying a hearty meal. That, or we'll be throwing one away because I messed up big time.
