As I'm working from home, I have the Dr. Oz Show playing in the background. I've never watched but today's topic caught my attention. "How to get rid of belly fat." As Dr. Oz explains, belly fat is caused by stress. Fat is wired to surround intestines in time of stress so our bodies can pull from it later. So to shrink belly fat, the idea is to reduce stress, and eat foods that are anti-inflammatory such as avocados, olive oil, fish, etc. Interval training, with peaks and valleys, is also best to eliminate the fat. I'm wondering if the same applies to back fat?
