I'm a big music fan. I've actually been reading Billboard magazine since I worked at Musicland in high school. So I find chart bits, like the one today about Rihanna, very interesting.

Rihanna rises to number one on the Hot 100 with her latest dance track, produced by Calvin Harris, We Found Love. With that achievement, Rihanna is just the seventh artist in the Hot 100's 53-year history to tally at least 11 leaders, joining the Beatles (20), Mariah Carey (18), Michael Jackson (13), Madonna (12), the Supremes (12) and Whitney Houston (11). She passes Janet Jackson and Stevie Wonder, each with 10 No. 1s.

Crazy to think as I wasn't a huge fan of the single when I first heard it in September. But there's something about it that chugs along - both in your head and on the chart. And speaking of chugging along, Kelly Clarkson logs her ninth top 10 hit as Mr. Know It All jumps from 19 to 10. I knew it would be a hit!
