Green Tea Copycats
It seems as though our drinking green tea at the gym has caught on like a wildfire. At first, fellow gym patrons just stared. Now, I see them running around with bottles of green tea.
You too can easily copycat. Just grab a large bottle of Evian still water or other brand (which you can easily refill at home after one use), insert two or three green tea bags (the Costco variety works best as the satin bags don't break), and place in your refrigerator over night. If you forget the night before, just pour hot water into the bottle in the morning, place your tea bags inside, and pop into the freezer an hour or so before leaving to workout. Not only will the green tea give you a boost of energy, it's proven green tea has many health benefits. And I just heard the Japanese live longer than anyone on the planet. Perhaps it's the green tea?
