I had just hung up the phone when I realized I was going 40/kph in a 30/kph construction zone (which, if you can calculate the difference, is quite slow). Just as I began to slow down, literally with my foot on the brake, I look up to see a flash of light to my left. From what I can assume, it was a camera taking my picture in order to send me a speeding ticket.
Once again, Germany will be receiving my money from an incident I claim to be fraud. They placed the camera at the bottom of a hill, so once you're going 30, if you don't pay close attention to your speed, you can easily find yourself going 10/kph faster (again, if you calculate, that's just 6 mph difference).
