Here We Come Fat Sally!

In preparation for Fat Sally Sunday, Chris baked Barefoot Contessa's Coconut Cake today. I just sampled a bit of the frosting and let me say this, "It's delicious!" So I'm sure by this time tomorrow, I'll be complaining my stomach hurts from eating too much. But that's okay as the rest of the week we'll be eating only meat and salad. With Mykonos now less than three weeks away, we really must stick to a strict diet plan.
