Because I'm waiting for a meeting to present my newsletter concepts and content, I was asked to participate in a taste test. I just finished the test for two different shake mixes and Chicken Mythic sauces (for a total of three tests in all). How does it work?

The goal is to identify which one item, out of the three samples, is different. I was right on two out of the four. The purpose of the test (and the suppliers providing the food items), is to NOT be able to tell the difference. In other words, the suppliers change an ingredient and they don't want you to know. So, 50% wasn't half bad!
