Chris baked oatmeal raisin chocolate chip cookies last week. But so we don't eat them all at once, we freeze them. Well, we've learned if you remove them from the freezer, and place them on a piece of wax paper on top of the stone lining our fireplace mantle, it's just like having fresh baked cookies every night. Not good when you're trying to tighten everything that jiggles before Puerto Vallarta in February. I'm just sayin'.
