The Housing Report: July 8, 2009

Upon our return to Chicago yesterday from Saugatuck, we swung by the house to deliver our tile purchase order to our contractor so he could collect the items today. Apparently, he'll begin tile work this week. While at the house, we were happy to see the installation of our flood back-up system taking place. I'm still not 100% sure who's paying for it. But I believe our contractor mentioned our architect/design firm was on tap to cover the expenses as it seems as though they dropped the ball. Either way, hopefully it will stop any floods from happening again!
