Santorini Donkey Parade

When you arrive to Santorini via boat or ferry, you have the opportunity to either walk hundreds of steps to the top of Fira, ride the cable cars or hop on a donkey to take you to the capital city. Since we flew to Santorini, none of these three were an option (as the airport is across the island). But since the donkeys are such a symbol of Santorini, I tried my best to take their picture before leaving. Luckily Sunday night, we stumbled across the donkey parade as they made their way home to sleep after a hard days work. Check out the Santorini donkey parade below.
